LOS ANGELES, California – September 8, 2015 - “Ulysses,” a new, thrilling film adaptation of Homer’s “The Odyssey,” has just been announced. This dark, psychological action-horror film will be directed by Frederico Alotto and is being produced by Adrama. The underlying idea is to describe the war veterans’ unease and drug addiction that they sometimes develop as a result of the experienced and achieved atrocities. The starting point is “The Odyssey,” whose narrative structure perfectly fits the concept of the outward and inward journey that the hero is experiencing.
“Ulysses” is getting bigger and bigger every day. Two big Hollywood stars, including acting veteran Danny Glover from “Lethal Weapon,” are interested in joining the project. Therefore, the filmmakers decided to raise more money and start shooting when the financing is completed. However, before this film can be made, these filmmakers need help. That’s why they launched this campaign. The goal of this project is to raise $500,000 by November 2, 2015. The funds raised will go towards the production costs of the movie.
