Dynamics 365 Power User Bootcamp is scheduled for November 9, 2017 on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. This is a day of hands-on training for sales process owners and “power users” that are considering a new project, upgrading to the latest version of Dynamics 365, or that simply wish to improve their skills. Participants will learn how write reports, create charts and dashboards, analyze data in Excel, and create sales/service/marketing process flows to track revenue generation efforts and deliver high-touch customer experiences.
