The website and application Easy CV maker is especially designed for the people of Bangladesh to simplify the CV making process. Considering that most of the Bangladeshi people are not very affluent with computer knowledge and have less expertise in creating impactful CVs, the man named Roni Alam has created this application.
This platform is meant to provide the Bangladeshi people an easy way to create professional CVs so that they can apply for good jobs. Easy CV maker may have the potential to change lives of many Bangladeshis.
The application has completed its first stage and the developers also plan to add more features gradually such as adding more languages for other countries on the 2nd stage.
The website and application will be available in the local language of Bangladesh so that the citizens can understand the information they need to enter. The platform will contain articles and videos in the local language itself to help people in providing information about how to create better CV and tips to prepare for an interview. The user will just need to fill up a simple form to get started to create their CV.
With a little more technical knowledge or a facebook account, the user will also be able to create the advanced CV. Through Facebook, the CV will import the personal details of the user from their account. The website will contain different categories of CV templates such as for Doctors, engineers, designers and others which will help the user in creating a professional CV.
Roni is all set to develop an android application for the website as well since most of the people do not have computer. The application will allow the user to create their CV in a few simple steps with minimum use of internet, thus saving them the high charges of the internet as compared to the average income.
Roni and his small group of freelancers in Bangladesh are behind this project which is meant to change the lives of people in Bangladesh by helping them in getting better job opportunities. They have also started a crowd funding campaign on Gofundme with a goal of $20 k to fund this project and complete it successfully.
Since the website and application will be made available for free to the users, the owners will be needing support from the masses to develop and distribute this application properly.
The amount raised from the fund raiser will be utilized to add more features to the application and add more people into the developing team such as 2 web developers, 2 mobile application developers and 1 UX Engineer. Some of the amount will also be used to buy hosting for Amazon.
