On Veterans Day, November 11th, the Twin Peaks restaurants in the Orlando area will be raising money to help support military families in need. Better known for their attire and great food selection the restaurant chain will be donating $1 for every alcoholic beverage purchased during happy hour between 4-7pm this Veterans Day.
“Twin Peaks is not just a family restaurant but a restaurant that cares and supports our military families in need year round but especially on Veterans Day,” says Twin Peaks Director of Marketing, Kimberly. “The goal is to raise as much money for our military families but to also show our support for all they have done this Veterans Day,” states event organizer, Aaron Mighty.
Even those who cannot attend can help raise money via social media during the event by hash tagging #HappyHourforHeroes or tweeting @TwinPeaksGirl or @USACaresOrg. For every social media reach, a tweet, hashtag, like or follow, local sponsors will donate to the cause on their behalf.
Twin Peaks has two locations participating in the happy hour event on Veterans Day including the International Drive and the recently opened Altamonte Springs locations.
