Mumbai – 28 October, 2015 - Mr. Krishnamilan Shukla better known as Baba Shukla was facilitated by Mr. Dilip Patil, social activist in rural area of Maharashtra, at function organised by the Sushma Patil high school and junior college at Kamothe, District Raigad. Mr Dilip Patil is the chairman of the high school and junior college and a gram panchayat member.
At the grand function Mr. Baba Shukla was awarded a memento for fulfilling his Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR). Mr. Baba Shukla donated one full year’s college fees for seven needy poor rural children on the occasion of Navratri Festival on 21st of October 2015.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Baba Shukla said, “Education of needy students helps not just in literacy but also in acting as an effective tool to eradicate poverty. Providing direct support to needy students and schools allows many children the opportunity for potent change. It is truly humbling experience to contribute even in a small way to the future of needy students. I believe there is no greater wrong than needy and deserving students being denied education for lack of money.”
Mr. Baba Shukla is into the real estate business. He has contributed immensely to social causes and is widely recognized for his work in the area. The function was attended by thousands of people.
