Great George “thinks outside the circle” by designing square watches made with quality materials at an obtainable price. The company’s watches are based on Bauhaus art movement principles in which simple and timeless designs replace ornate and pointless embellishments. Each watch includes Swiss movements for the highest quality performance.
Additionally, each watch includes interchangeable 100 percent leather straps so that wearers can choose their own colors and textures to match moods or outfits. All watches are backed by a three-year warranty and come packaged in a reusable concrete cube that can be used as a planter, pencil holder or candle stand.
Each Great George watch features a 34 mm case, which is 15 to 18 percent smaller than a similar circular case of the same measurements. The watch presents the same feel and look as a 40 mm circular case. Each case is 7 mm thickness for a comfortable fit and features a Ronda 763 Swiss movement, known for longevity and accuracy. The Great George is water resistant to 3 ATM or 30 meters and features a mineral glass with a sapphire coating to stand up to wear and tear. The quick-release spring bar on the strap makes changing among the various color options simple.
