DK Photonics, a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-end optic components, including Mini-size CWDM, compact CWDM, CCWDM MODULE, and Ultra Compact CWDM Mux/DeMux for a number of applications, primarily in the telecommunications sector, held its Employee Appreciation Day recently.

Senior leadership from the company were on hand to thank the entire team for their contribution in turning the company one of the world’s renowned designers and manufacturers of fiber optic components such as Mini-size CWDM, compact CWDM, CCWDM MODULE, and Ultra Compact CWDM Mux/DeMux, that are used by clients worldwide.

Speaking on the occasion, the company recounted how it started its operations in 2011, with just a hand full of dedicated employees, and high hopes of delivering cutting edge technological solutions to its clients. Executives noted that, from those humble beginnings, thanks largely to unceasing commitment and dedication of its staff, the company has now become into a 60-strong team of highly skilled and experienced professionals.

Thanking the team for their innovative ideas and forward thinking solutions, including products like Mini-size CWDM, compact CWDM, CCWDM MODULE, and Ultra Compact CWDM Mux/DeMux, which are highly demanded by customers, company executives noted that all credit goes to the employees of the company.

Recounting the formation of the company, some long term staff members noted the early days where all of the employees pitched in to ensure every request from clients was carefully understood and complied with. That legacy continues even today, they said. Even high end solutions like Mini-size CWDM, compact CWDM, CCWDM MODULE, and Ultra Compact CWDM Mux/DeMux, become easier to produce when communication channels are clear and unobstructed.

High quality and great service is still the number one company’s goal. One engineer noted:

Today, the company operates from a massive 13,900 square feet, state of the art facility located in Shenzhen, China, and produces high quality optical passive components, such as Mini-size CWDM, compact CWDM, CCWDM MODULE, and Ultra Compact CWDM Mux/DeMux, mainly for telecommunication, fiber sensor and fiber laser applications. Senior management believes that this explosive growth would not have been possible without the strong commitment and loyalty of its employees.

Senior company executives on hand at the Employee Appreciation event noted that, when it came to offering industry differentiation, DK Photonics  stood out not only because it offered solutions that were low-cost low power consumption and had a small footprint, but also because all of the components designed and manufactured, including Mini-size CWDM, compact CWDM, CCWDM MODULE, and Ultra Compact CWDM Mux/DeMux, were Telcordia GR-1221/1209-CORE qualified, and RoHS compliant. None of this would have been possible without the extraordinary dedication of the company’s employees at every level.
